I offer…
a warm, loving space where you can simply show up—as you are—and begin (or continue) your journey of healing and self-discovery through yoga & sound.
Over the years, I’ve come to see yoga not as a cure-all for trauma, but as a deeply supportive companion.
It's a way to gently reconnect with the body, to rebuild trust in ourselves, and to create an inner sense of safety.

When we learn to slow down and truly listen, something shifts.
The breath softens, the nervous system unwinds, and we begin to feel more grounded
—more at home in our own skin.
From that place, it becomes easier to feel what needs to be felt,
to heal what’s ready to be healed.

FAQ
-
These sessions go beyond just physical movement. They weave together breath, intention, sound, and soulful presence—guided by over a decade of experience and rooted in the transformational depth of Leela Therapy. It's a space for inner listening, emotional presence, and heart-based exploration.
-
Not at all. These classes are for anyone—whether you're brand new or have practiced for years. What matters most is your willingness to show up, breathe, and be present with whatever arises.
-
Each class is a unique journey. You’ll move with the breath, listen deeply, be guided by poetry and subtle dharma, and be held in sacred sound—harmonium, voice, and other instruments. It’s not about doing more, but about coming home to yourself.
-
It’s both—and neither. It’s a space to move, feel, and be. While your body will be nourished and strengthened, the deeper invitation is to reconnect with your own wisdom, release what no longer serves, and touch the sacred in the everyday.
-
This space is made for you. You are welcome exactly as you are. The class can hold whatever you’re carrying—gently, compassionately—without needing to fix or change anything.
-
I’ve been teaching yoga for over a decade, with roots in the Ashtanga, Jivamukti, and Shantiseva lineages. Over the years, my practice has evolved to integrate a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach that now includes elements of Leela Therapy, sound healing, and deep inner inquiry.
