I offer…

a warm, loving space where you can simply show up—as you are—and begin (or continue) your journey of healing and self-discovery through yoga & sound.

Over the years, I’ve come to see yoga not as a cure-all for trauma, but as a deeply supportive companion.

It's a way to gently reconnect with the body, to rebuild trust in ourselves, and to create an inner sense of safety.

When we learn to slow down and truly listen, something shifts.

The breath softens, the nervous system unwinds, and we begin to feel more grounded

—more at home in our own skin.

From that place, it becomes easier to feel what needs to be felt,

to heal what’s ready to be healed.

  • “We were lucky to have Victoria as our yoga teacher for my friend’s bachelor weekend, and the class made a huge impact. Not only did we feel amazing physically, but she also brought us all together in a special way. I've practiced yoga for years, but this session was truly unique—her voice and harmonium took it to a whole new level for me!”

  • “I have had the pleasure of attending Victoria's yin yoga class many times. Her calming presence, soothing voice, and well-paced guidance creates an atmosphere of deep relaxation and restoration. Each posture is thoughtfully explained, allowing for mindful adjustments and a greater connection to the breath. Victoria has a wonderful ability to hold space for stillness, encouraging self-exploration and deep release. Whether you're new to yin or an experienced practitioner, her classes are a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reset, and nurture both body and mind.”

  • “A regular yoga practitioner for the past 17 years, I have attended over 2000 classes in a number of studios. Victoria stands out as one of my very favourite instructors. Much of yin yoga is performed with eyes closed, so I find the aural element of class is a very important contributor to the experience. Victoria not only happens to have the perfect soothing voice with a comforting tone that even a dog would understand, but also incorporates traditional musical instrumentation into her classes. Her athletic build is also an inspiration to all those who attend her sessions. Nothing gets between me and my Wednesday evening classes with Victoria!”

    T.D., Canada

  • “Practicing with Victoria has been an incredible experience that I am truly grateful for. Each class feels like a meaningful journey, thoughtfully crafted to strengthen both body and mind. Her guidance helps me tap into a deeper level of awareness, building resilience from the inside out. I always leave feeling stronger, more centered, and connected. Victoria is truly an exceptional instructor who brings heart and intention to every session.”

FAQ

  • These sessions go beyond just physical movement. They weave together breath, intention, sound, and soulful presence—guided by over a decade of experience and rooted in the transformational depth of Leela Therapy. It's a space for inner listening, emotional presence, and heart-based exploration.

  • Not at all. These classes are for anyone—whether you're brand new or have practiced for years. What matters most is your willingness to show up, breathe, and be present with whatever arises.

  • Each class is a unique journey. You’ll move with the breath, listen deeply, be guided by poetry and subtle dharma, and be held in sacred sound—harmonium, voice, and other instruments. It’s not about doing more, but about coming home to yourself.

  • It’s both—and neither. It’s a space to move, feel, and be. While your body will be nourished and strengthened, the deeper invitation is to reconnect with your own wisdom, release what no longer serves, and touch the sacred in the everyday.

  • This space is made for you. You are welcome exactly as you are. The class can hold whatever you’re carrying—gently, compassionately—without needing to fix or change anything.

  • I’ve been teaching yoga for over a decade, with roots in the Ashtanga, Jivamukti, and Shantiseva lineages. Over the years, my practice has evolved to integrate a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach that now includes elements of Leela Therapy, sound healing, and deep inner inquiry.
