Leela Therapy is a form of “talk therapy,” where the client has a safe, non-judgmental, confidential environment to talk about their issues, problems, feelings, intrusive thoughts, and all types of challenges. It is a powerful, compassionate space for deep emotional healing, self-inquiry, and awakening. These 1:1 sessions are tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
Whether you’re navigating everyday challenges like anxiety, grief, or depression, or you're ready to break free from old, limiting habits—this work supports you. And if you feel called to go even deeper, we explore the subtle layers of personality patterns, uncover unconscious conditioning, and gently open the door to ego transcendence.

Leela Hypnotherapy supports a wide range of emotional, psychological, and existential challenges—from navigating grief, anxiety, or burnout, to moving through relationship struggles and breaking old habits or reactive patterns.
This work meets you on three levels:
– At the symptom level, to gently explore and shift experiences like social anxiety, chronic stress, emotional reactivity, defensiveness, anger, fear of rejection, isolation, phobias, or addictions.
– At the ego-strengthening level, to cultivate self-confidence, inner stability, and a grounded sense of self.
– At the ego-transcendence level, for those drawn to awakening beyond personal identity, reconnecting with their essential nature.Wherever you are, this process meets you with care.

The Leela therapy process can incorporate different techniques, other than just talking to have an impact on the client, such as breathwork, somatic movement, use of metaphors, guided meditations, trance inductions, Ericksonian Clinical hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP), the Enneagram of Character Fixation, nondual insights for ego transcendence, etc.

Each session offers a safe, intuitive space to explore what’s truly going on beneath the surface. We begin with whatever is present—an emotion, a pattern, or a life challenge—and gently turn inward through guided self-inquiry.
Once you discover what you truly want, then there might be an invitation to gently turn inward through guided trance (sound therapy might be used at this point*) and intervention. In this space, your brain shifts into altered brainwave states—moving from the everyday mode of “doing, fixing, figuring out” into a quieter realm where mental noise dissolves. Here, something deeper begins to unfold. Insight arises, new neural pathways form, and subconscious patterns can be seen, felt, and released.
You remain fully awake and aware throughout the process as we meet and unwind the deeper beliefs and stories that have shaped your experience.

Sound therapy may be woven into a Leela Hypnotherapy session as a gentle and powerful support for the trance induction process. The instruments used— like Tibetan bowl, chimes, or ocean drum — emit harmonious frequencies that naturally calm the nervous system and quiet the thinking mind.
Our brains are deeply receptive to these coherent sound waves. They help shift brainwave activity from active (beta) states into slower rhythms (alpha and theta), associated with deep relaxation, presence, and access to the subconscious. In this state, the usual barriers of analysis or resistance soften. The conscious mind steps aside, and an inner unfolding begins.
It’s as if the sound prepares the inner soil—making it fertile, receptive, and ready for the deeper work of healing and insight. Instead of efforting your way inward, sound allows the journey to happen more organically, inviting you into a space where true transformation becomes possible.

The frequency of sessions is entirely up to you. Some people choose to meet weekly or biweekly during more active phases, while others prefer a monthly rhythm to allow spacious integration. You’re invited to tune in and decide what pace feels most supportive for your process—there’s no right or wrong way, only what’s true for you.
