At the heart of everything is simply this: Unum — unity, essence, light.

remember that essence, already alive within us.
How do we do this?
Through therapeutic encounters, somatic practices, sound journeys, and ceremonial immersions.

These offerings flow through this being in an organic, intuitive way, creating a safe and loving space to explore whatever may be clouding that light.
It’s a way of re-membering, of re-weaving your unique essence back into form.

From my own journey,
I’ve seen how essential it is
to have spaces where we can take
that existential plunge into the unknown,
where everything is welcome,
where raw honesty matters,
and where the support meets you
at the deepest level.
Divine mirrors meeting one another.
Love meeting love.
I’ve found again and again that when these spaces are honored, transformation happens naturally.
And when that transformation touches us deeply, new choices arise. New perspectives open.
Outside, everything might look the same — but inside, something has shifted. A domino effect begins.
Words like authenticity, clarity, peace, and wholeness come to mind.
I walked the path of many mainstream modalities - therapy, coaching, cognitive tools.
Some brought clarity, but often they stayed in the mind, circling on the surface. They didn’t always reach the root, the body, the heart.
The way only you can shine.

I’ve had several out-of-body experiences—some while sitting in ceremony with master plant medicines, others in moments of deep sobriety.
Powerful rites of passage in themselves.
And let me tell you, sometimes I find myself feeling like I’m learning to walk and speak all over again.
It’s not always easy to find the words for what moves through.
With fears, doubts, words or no words, this re-membrance, this inner connection, this fire of love welcomes everything.
It melts it all, moment by moment.
So, here I am. Showing up. Just as I am.
