Both modalities are practiced directly on the floor, so no effort is required — just your presence. You’ll be invited to rest into supported postures, allowing the body to soften, open, and release naturally.

Yin Yoga involves gentle, long-held postures where you may feel a deep stretch as you reach the connective tissues and inner layers of the body.

Restorative Yoga is different — there’s no active stretch. Your body is completely supported by props, creating the conditions for full relaxation and inner stillness.

Together, these two approaches invite a gradual peeling back of layers — a quiet descent into the space where nothing else needs to be done, and a natural undoing reveals what remains when everything settles.
