Somatic Plant Medicine Integration
Your bridge between insight and embodiment, between awakening and living awake.
What happens after the ceremony ends?
The ceremony is not the end of the journey. In many ways, it is the moment the stone first touches the water.
I like to imagine a plant medicine experience as throwing a stone into a still lake. The ceremony is the instant of impact, the moment the stone enters the depths. But what follows are the ripples, spreading far beyond that first contact.
Integration is about making space for those ripples.
It is about listening to how the experience continues to live in your body, how it quietly reshapes the way you relate, choose, love, create and move through everyday life.
It is not about returning to the ceremony, but about meeting what is unfolding now.
Without this space, even profound insights can slowly become beautiful memories. With gentle attention, they become lived experience.
At UNUM Space, Somatic Plant Medicine Integration offers a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach to support your nervous system, emotional body and inner wisdom as these ripples naturally find their place.

FAQ
-
Sacred plant medicines have the power to reveal long-buried wounds, repressed memories, and layers of ancestral or developmental trauma. These openings can be deeply healing and they can also leave us feeling raw, disoriented, or emotionally overwhelmed if not tended to with care.
Without skilled integration, this opening can sometimes lead to confusion, solitude, emotional flooding, or even re-traumatization. These sessions create a safe, compassionate space to meet what’s arising, not to fix it, but to be in the right relationship with it.
-
Integration is the process of weaving the insights, emotions, and shifts that arise during a plant medicine journey into your everyday life. It helps ground the experience into embodied understanding, so it doesn’t remain just a memory, but becomes lived wisdom.
-
These sessions are for you if you've recently sat with sacred medicine, or if the experience still echoes in your body, weeks, months, or even years later. They’re also for those preparing for a ceremony and wanting to create an intentional, stable foundation for the journey.
Whether you're working with Ayahuasca, Psilocybin, or other plant allies, this space welcomes the full spectrum of your experience, with no pressure to perform, interpret, or rush.
-
These sessions gently support your body, mind, and heart to process what’s been stirred. Through somatic awareness, guided inquiry, and nervous system regulation, you’ll be invited to stay present with what’s alive, without rushing to fix or interpret. This allows your own truth to unfold and be met, fully.
These sessions are not about analyzing your journey, they are about listening to your body’s truth. Through presence-based inquiry, subtle movement, breath, and nervous system regulation, we’ll support your capacity to:
Stay connected to what’s alive in you without rushing to understand or interpret.
Release trauma imprints gently and safely through somatic awareness.
Integrate emotional material at a pace that honours your system’s readiness.
Transform insights into embodied actions and new ways of being.
Reconnect with your innate wisdom and the deeper intelligence of your experience.
-
Not at all. Whether your ceremony was last week or years ago, if you feel something from it is still moving, unresolved, or calling your attention, this space is for that. Integration can be valuable at any point in your journey.
-
There's no fixed protocol, you're invited to listen to your own pace, and come when it feels meaningful. You might feel complete after one session or wish to return for continued support over time.
