A sacred journey of transformation
This ceremony is an invitation to look beyond the layers of everyday life and allow the nourishing, powerful, and loving qualities of sacred cacao (sourced directly from the mountains of Costa Rica) to support the opening of your heart.
Throughout the session, you will be gently guided toward deep energetic nourishment of your Being, restoration of your nervous system, and support in connecting with the inherent qualities of your heart. These threads of energetic nourishment, restoration, and heart-opening will be woven throughout each of the offerings shared in this experience.
Cacao is a gentle, heart-opening medicine
that triggers the release of euphoric, blissful chemical compounds within the body. Though non-psychoactive, the consumption of cacao can heighten bodily awareness and provide an opening that might be experienced as a direct guidance from our higher states of consciousness.
After sharing Cacao, you will be invited to create a cozy nest for yourself and lie down. From there, Victoria will be offering an hour of a heart-spoken guided meditation (a dash of the Leela Hypnotherapy) and a curated sound bath.
