A sacred transformational journey in.
This ceremony is an invitation to see through the veiling layers of our day to day and to let the nourishing, powerful and loving properties of the sacred Cacao straight from the mountains of Costa Rica to support you in the opening of the heart led realms.
Deep nourishment, restoration of your nervous system and gentle support for you to realize the qualities of your loving heart will be the common threads between the different offerings shared throughout this session.
Cacao is this gentle, heart-opening medicine
that triggers the release of euphoric, blissful chemical compounds within the body. Though non-psychoactive, the consumption of cacao can heighten bodily awareness and provide an opening that might be experienced as a direct guidance from our higher states of consciousness.
After sharing Cacao, you will be invited to create a cozy nest for yourself and lie down. From there, Victoria will be offering an hour of a heart-spoken guided meditation (a dash of the Leela Hypnotherapy) and a curated sound bath.
