A two-hour personalised ceremonial walk

—an invitation to step into presence, into ritual, into connection with the intelligence of nature and your own inner landscape. In a gentle and intentional way, we may open this space with optional microdosing of psilocybin mushrooms to support a softening of the mental noise and deepen our receptivity to what is truly here.

—emotionally, spiritually, and somatically. Through mindful walking, silence, spoken inquiry, breath, and intuitive ritual, we walk not to arrive anywhere, but to remember the sacred in everything. A tree. A breeze. A moment of stillness. A question asked and left open.

This is not a hike. It’s not therapy.

It’s a ceremonial experience in nature—a shared walk, where every step is an offering, and everything that arises is welcome.

    • Pre-Ceremonial Walk meeting via Zoom: About 20min where we will get in touch with the higher intention and the route.

    • On the Ceremonial Walk day:

      We will meet at the meeting point 5 min before the start time.

      We will start walking and find a private space for an opening circle.

      The journey begins and last about 1h30min -2h total

    • Post - Ceremonial Walk:  you will receive a love letter to support the somatic integration process.

    • Comfortable clothing and shoes

    • Any ritual tools that you might want to have with you
